Use:Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of warm water for 10-12 minutes, strain and drink.

Tip: Put 300g. chamomile, or various aromatic herbs (mint, rosemary, sage, etc.) in a pot with hot water and leave for 15 minutes. Strain and pour the infusion in bath water.
