We can use ιτ instead of lemon to give acidity and little color to grilled meats fatty lamb chops, pork chops, chicken thighs.
Gives excellent flavor to the whole chicken in the oven with garlic and oregano.
We use it to give Peaked tonnes in marinades, sauces and salads.
Fits with raw onion, for example, add salt thinly sliced onion to mix with your hands and sprinkle with sumac, stir and garnish with parsley tomato salads, but also in kebab.
